Good to know

The short answers.

Can I lose a level?
No. Levels never drop, so you keep every level you reach.
What happens to my points after a refund?
The points from that payment are removed. Any level you already reached stays.
Can I reach Level 10 without spending?
Yes. All points count the same, so community activity and launches move you up too. Spending is just the fastest way.
How do the free Level 8 ads work?
Every calendar year you get one 7-day home ad and one 7-day sidebar ad free. Pick them in Advertise and they go live with no payment. Weekly ads are still paid.
Who can I message?
Everyone can message the FoundrList team. Messaging other founders unlocks at Level 5.
When do daily limits reset?
At midnight UTC.
Who can see my level?
Everyone. Your gem appears next to your name across FoundrList.
