Most people don’t need more motivation, they need clarity. KeikoAI turns simple logs (mood, wins, reflections) into patterns and small experiments that actually improve your life. Awareness → action → change. Try it: https://dyven.sng.link/Dloby/gw0r/a8jd
how do u measure the effectiveness of those small experiments?
Hey Ar jyn, sorry for the late reply. To answer your question: Most people evaluate experiments emotionally (‘this felt good’). But the better question is: did it reliably change a pattern? If your ‘bad day → doomscroll’ loop becomes ‘bad day → short walk’ even 2 3 times, that’s already a meaningful shift. Because effectiveness isn’t about how big the change feels, it’s about whether the pattern becomes more predictable. And once something is predictable, you can actually build around it.
