# Pause

Solve a quick puzzle to unlock distracting apps

## What it is

Maker-submitted description:

Pause helps you cut screen time and refocus by adding a mindful barrier to your most distracting apps. Instead of mindless scrolling, the app requires you to solve a quick puzzle to unlock the services that consume your day, giving you a moment to decide if you actually want to spend your time there.
