Intertakt

The most durable interval timer ever built is a schoolyard chant. Two kids turn the rope, the rhyme carries the count, and the jumper's eyes stay on the ground in front of them: nothing to read, nothing to tap, the next beat simply arrives by voice. Intertakt runs interval training on that arrangement.

A clear voice announces every work block, every rest and the halfway mark, and countdown beeps land like the last syllables of the rhyme before the rope swings again. The cues ride over your own playlist, and the chant and the music each carry at their own volume, so loud headphones never drown the count and the count never smothers the song.
