# EasyInterview

From resume pile to best hires, in a few clicks.

## What it is

Maker-submitted description:

We built EasyInterview after watching a two-person HR team give up on screening by day three of a job post. It circulates one apply link to LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, apna, WhatsApp and your careers page, applies the knockout rules you wrote (never an auto-reject), phone-interviews every eligible applicant in their own language across 11 Indian languages, and hands back a percentile-ranked shortlist with recordings and transcripts behind every score. Technical roles can add live AI coding and system-design rounds. Pay per screen from a prepaid wallet - no seats, no subscriptions.

## Launch details

- Founder note: Hi! We kept seeing Indian hiring teams get 1,000 applicants for one role and screen maybe 50. EasyInterview phone-interviews every eligible one in their own language. Would love your feedback.
