cellbot — a platform for tech repair and tech sales, built by people who've done the job.
cellbot is an AI-powered commerce platform for the tech repair and tech sales trade. We serve independent repair shops, phone and laptop wholesalers, tech parts and accessory wholesalers, phone refurbishers, and freelance technicians working from units, garages, or mobile rigs. We launch publicly on Friday 1 May 2026.
The story.
After many years running phone shops in Birmingham, Sajad (co-founder) kept hitting the same wall: no software really fit the trade. Repair tickets lived in one system, customer quotes in another, wholesale buybacks on a spreadsheet, trade-in valuations in a messaging thread. Great software exists for pubs, hairdressers, and dentists. Nothing credible for a repair shop juggling a phone enquiry, a walk-in customer, a supplier call, and an IMEI check all at once.
So Sajad and his son Hassan (co-founder, engineering) built the tool they wished had existed. We've been at it full-time for over a year. Every feature is shaped by a workflow that frustrated a real shop owner.
What cellbot does.
At its core, cellbot is the front-of-house and back-of-house operating system for a tech repair or tech sales business.
90+ features shipped across four build phases plus a widget rebuild and a full codebase-hardening pass. We don't ship for ship's sake. Every feature earns its place.
Who it helps.
Pricing.
Every new signup auto-starts on a 5-day Pro Plus trial — the full product, no credit card required. You see what it does under real pressure before you pay a penny.
Where we are.
cellbot is live in production today on UK infrastructure. Launch day is Friday 1 May 2026. Early momentum includes a wholesale add-on designed in conversation with real wholesalers, a growing list of integration partnerships, and a cold-email program already putting us on the radar of UK repair shops at a few hundred addresses a day.
The rest.
We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to build the tool the trade actually deserves —something a busy shop owner with tools in their hand and a customer at the counter can pick up and be faster with inside an hour.
Built in Birmingham. Built by a dad and son who know what it's like to be at the counter. Built to stay useful.
